Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bilva Global Travel. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment as per the selected package or service.
  • You must provide accurate personal and travel information while booking.

2. Payments & Cancellations

We use the collected data to:

  • Full or partial payment must be made as per the package terms.
  • Cancellations are subject to specific cancellation charges, depending on the time of cancellation and the service provider’s policy.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.

Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, ID proof, and health-related requirements.
  • Bilva Global Travel is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by incorrect documents or denial of entry by immigration authorities.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

  • All inclusions will be mentioned clearly in the selected travel package.
  • Any additional personal expenses such as meals, shopping, insurance, or tips are not included unless specifically mentioned.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • Bilva Global Travel acts as a facilitator between the client and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party providers.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.), alternative arrangements will be made, but we shall not be held liable for changes or cancellations.

6. Health & Safety

  • Travelers are advised to consult with their doctor before travel and take necessary vaccinations or precautions.
  • Bilva Global Travel is not responsible for any health issues that arise during or after the trip.

7. Behavior & Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to maintain respectful conduct during the trip.
  • Any illegal or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour, without any refund.

8. Changes & Amendments

  • Bilva Global Travel reserves the right to change or modify itineraries, prices, or services due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients will be notified in advance in such cases wherever possible.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website including images, logos, and texts are the property of Bilva Global Travel and may not be used without permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
